NOCYBR retains ownership and copyright of the instrumental, including under an Exclusive license. Do not resell, redistribute, or lease the beat to a third party; register the beat or a derivative work with a Performance Rights Organization as the sole writer; or use it in unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content.
